Experienced, skilled negotiator joins North Hills Realty

Debra Hart

If enthusiasm and experience make a great Realtor then Debra Hart is certainly a great Realtor. Having known Al Ricci, broker/owner of North Hills/Ricci Realty, for many years, Hart gravitated to North Hills after the company she was with was bought by a foreign concern. Although she had great loyalty and change was a hard decision to make she didn’t think a foreign owned company would be helpful to her California business. She knew of North Hills Realty’s long excellent reputation as a quality company large enough to be far reaching but small enough to be considered your neighborhood real estate resource.

Aside from being a real estate broker since 1985, Hart has an impressive background as a concert pianist and traveled for Yamaha in 11 western states demonstrating their pianos and organs. She taught elementary school music classes, and that was one factor that lead to a real estate career as she wanted to interact more with adults. Another factor came into play when she bought her home and wasn’t satisfied with her real estate agent. She knew she could do better!

Being a Southern California native she has a high priority to contributing to local and charitable organizations. She is a 25 year member and current vice president of the Women’s League

of Villa Park sponsoring scholarships to high school seniors, community beautification projects and support for all Villa Park Schools and Library. She is a past president of the Assistance League of Orange, a national charitable organization. Her husband of 37 years, Steve, is a past two term president of Villa Park Rotary Club. Daughter Valerie is a Chapman University graduate, and son Brad is a first year law student at Chapman.

Even though they are a strong Orange County family, Hart sees clients from the ocean to the desert, and even to the mountains, and works with desert resort home clients or those seeking or selling permanent desert homes.

Any of the homes with a piano that are listed with her get an extra perk when she has open house. While a hostess serves beverages Hart plays for their enjoyment, obviously having people stay longer in the house, and the longer they stay the more they see themselves living in the home!

Success for Hart is a given as she has been a winner in all her endeavors. Whether buying or selling you won’t find a more competent, caring and seasoned Realtor with strong negotiating skills.
