Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Pegi was raised in Northern California and moved to Southern California in 1983. She got her first taste of working in the residential real estate world with a large land-planning firm in Newport Beach in 1986.
Pegi truly has deep roots in real estate; her earliest-known relatives, traced to the year 1100 in Germany, were castle builders and land owners. Her grandfather was a residential Realtor. Her father was a commercial Realtor selling motels and hotels. And her mother and sister are residential interior designers. “Real estate is definitely in my blood!” Pegi says.
Pegi worked with several different Orange County homebuilders, with positions ranging from director of marketing to VP of sales and marketing, and then owned and operated her own sales and marketing consulting firm. Directing interior and architectural design firms and advertising agencies in the creation of marketing campaigns targeted to various price ranges and communities throughout Southern California, she received numerous top awards for excellence. Her award-winning marketing success carried over into her real estate sales career, as she achieved new record numbers each year. She is consistently ranked in the top 5% in production nationwide and she has been the #1 Realtor in Turtle Rock since 2003.
A Turtle Rock resident since 1985, Pegi specializes in Turtle Rock, Shady Canyon, Newport Coast and Newport Beach and corporate relocation with buyers all over South Orange County.
