Since 1985, Strombom has resided in Laguna Beach, where she conducts a great deal of her business. “Today’s market offers outstanding values, a broad selection of properties for sale, and historically low interest rates,” Strombom reported. “As I recall, when I represented my very first sale, the buyer and I were thrilled at the fact he was able to lock in his fixed loan rate at 17.25%! As the demand for residential rental properties remains strong, keeping in mind that inflation may strike in the near future, many of my clients are taking advantage of the excellent values and interest rates available right now – very wisely, they’re taking this opportunity to purchase future retirement homes, starter homes for their children, and investment properties for retirement income.”
