Born on Andrews Air Force Base in Washington, DC, Trista is a University of Southern California graduate with a BA in Business & Real Estate, MBA in Finance and MA in Gerontology. She is a licensed California real estate broker and also holds professional designations as Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Certified ePro Specialist. Trista is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and has been featured on TLC’s “Property Ladder.” Last year, Trista closed more than $10 million in residential real estate sales, for a total of over $50 million.

Last year, Trista’s professionalism earned her recognition as one of Orange County’s “Five Star Real Estate Agents”. This prestigious award is given out by Orange Coast Magazine who, together with Crescendo Business Services, conducted a survey to determine which agents in Orange County scored highest in overall customer satisfaction. In her spare time, Trista likes to travel and play golf. She enjoys gourmet cooking and walking her two dogs along the beach.
