On March 31, an article was published in a local Orange County newspaper regarding ZIP codes in which 83 ZIPs were compared in the last 12 months. It seemed like a great article and created some interest, since most consumers and real estate agents are looking for hope.

Ask The Builder
can be a challenge to work with if you’ve got little experience. I agree that there is little room for error. That’s why I take the time to make a custom jig at the beginning of a job like this. You can buy stock plastic jigs and templates, but they don’t always have the holes in the locations for my liking.

BUILDER
Now carefully mark the center of each leg of the pull on the pencil line. Extend this line to make a small cross on the long pencil line. Use a small 1/16th-inch drill bit and drill a pilot hole through the plywood precisely at the two cross points.

The property was on the market for nine months and didn’t sell. We asked specifically about the condition of the property, as the owner listed it herself. The owner stated that the house was newly remodeled and triple-insulated.
