Prudential showcases Orange County Stars in real estate

Prudential California Realty is pleased to recognize the company’s Orange County Star award winners for the month of April 2011. The award was created by Prudential’s Regional Vice President of Orange County Patti Brotherton as a way to recognize agents, employees and affiliates for their dedication to community service and commitment to provide a superior standard of representation for clients.

Every month, the managers of Prudential’s vast network of offices across Orange County select a different recipient for the award. For the Laguna Niguel office, Tania Urbano earned the award for constantly demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to help her fellow agents. Dina Williams and Dede Engelbrecht of Prudential Ladera Ranch were recognized for the patience they showed in handling a very difficult situation, which took over a year to resolve, while still assisting numerous buyers and sellers with the realization of their goals.

In Rancho Santa Margarita, Julie and Greg Schnieders were commended for their diligence in working to improve their skills and grow their business by seeking advice and insights from their peers and

colleagues. The Corona del Mar office selected Anamarie Beschorner for the April Orange County Star award as a result of her incredible office skills and work ethic, and for being wonderful, smart, conscientious, enthusiastic and helpful to everyone.

Mike Evans of the Newport Beach office was recognized for consistently being ready to support everyone with his sage advice and great ideas. In the Irvine office, Doris Lipscomb earned the award for taking time from her busy schedule to provide exceptional contributions to an agent panel that was given for all of the residential Realtors in Orange County.

For the Mission Viejo office, Nita Desai was chosen as the award winner for her positive attitude in developing her business, and for being a vital member of the office team. “There are so many dedicated professionals working in real estate,” Brotherton said. “The Orange County Star award is a form of recognition that allows us to highlight their sense of responsibility for their clients and focus on delivering positive results.”

The Monarch Beach office recognized Larry McLane of HomeServices Lending for being an outstanding loan representative and helping the agents in the office

successfully close more transactions for their clients. In San Clemente, Vickie Kruhmin was designated as the award winner for utilizing her expertise to not only help entry level clients achieve success in her market but for also coordinating multi-million dollar transactions with finesse.
