Suzy Arriola, of Prudential California Realty’s Laguna Niguel office, recently sponsored her annual client appreciation brunch at Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club, to recognize her clients and friends for their loyalty and support. “Having this party for my clients and friends is something I look forward to every year,” said Arriola. “It’s not only a way for me to show my gratitude for all of my wonderful clients, but also a great excuse for me to spend time with everyone.”

A Certified Relocation Specialist, Arriola draws from her comprehensive understanding of real estate and the art of client service to deliver seamless transitions and successful outcomes for each transaction. Guided by a belief in the value of education, she completed an extensive series of coursework to earn the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation, as well as the Green designation, which qualifies her to help her
