During his tenure as a manager for a different brokerage, Crandall led his team to rank No. 44 for their sales production in 2010, out of 700 offices nationwide. He attributes his accomplishments in real estate to his focus on encouraging his agents to take advantage of training and development opportunities, commitment to deliver a positive experience for clients and ability to help other people unlock their potential.
