Prudential names resource manager for Orange County

Prudential California Realty is pleased to announce that broker associate Donna Gauny has been appointed the resource manager of Orange County. As the manager of the Irvine office for more than 12 years, Gauny has excelled as a result of her commitment to enrich the client experience, talent for assisting in the ongoing development of her agents and willingness to collaborate with her peers and colleagues.

The resource manager position was created to facilitate an improved communication and operational process between Prudential’s management team and the training and development, marketing, and information technology departments. To ensure that the company’s sales professionals have the tools and assistance they need to achieve their goals, Gauny will leverage her years of practical management experience to address concerns,

provide solutions and enhance the flow of operations within the company.
