Prudential California Realty is pleased to recognize the company’s Orange County Star award winners for the month of June 2010. The award, which was created by Prudential’s regional vice president of Orange County Patti Brotherton, recognizes agents, employees and affiliates for their dedication to community service and commitment to provide a superior standard of representation for clients.

A different recipient for the Star award is chosen every month by the managers of Prudential’s vast network of offices across Orange County. For Newport Beach, Prudential employees Crystal Van Es and Ashli Fukuda earned the award as a result of the passion they exhibit in supporting all of the agents in the office. In the Irvine location, Realtor Catherine Ferrell was chosen for her pleasant

demeanor, kindness and professionalism, as well as her focus on always making a positive contribution to the office.

Bob Strausheim of the Mission Viejo office was commended for the never-ending assistance he provides to his fellow agents, in addition to going above and beyond the expectations of his clients. Everyone in the Laguna Beach office were chosen for the June Orange County Star award, for their patience and positive attitude in dealing with the remodeling that went on during the month.

For Ladera Ranch, Melody Nickerson was chosen for donating her time to serve on the board of the Orange County chapter of The Charitable Foundation, and for her efforts in supporting the charity’s recent fundraising event. Betty Callaway of the Rancho Santa Margarita office was also

recognized for serving on the board for the charity, and for her diligence in organizing the June fundraiser, which was co-sponsored by Nolet Spirits USA.

With live music, food and cocktails, as well as a silent auction, The Charitable Foundation’s recent event raised more than $8,000 to benefit deserving local charities.

“Having so many outstanding and dedicated professionals in my offices has been an incredible reward for me,” Brotherton said. “It is really great to see how much each one of our agents and employees contribute to the service we provide for our clients, and to our overall success as a company.”

In Monarch Beach, Prudential employee Carole Stavert earned the award for her commitment to always support the agents

in her office, as well as her focus on providing a positive experience for their clients. For the San Clemente office, Debbie Brewington was chosen as the award winner for the exceptional service she offers her clients and colleagues; and for consistently going the extra mile to assist anyone in need.

The Laguna Niguel office recognized Meghan Kelly for her energy in helping the office, in addition to her involvement with the Orange County chapter of The Charitable Foundation.
