Prudential California Realty recently announced the recipients of the Orange County Star award for the month of July 2011. The award, which is the brainchild of Prudential’s Regional Vice President of Orange County Patti Brotherton, was created to recognize agents and employees that embody the company’s mission to provide a superior standard of representation and service to the community.

Office managers across Prudential’s extensive network in Orange County select a different winner for the Star award every month. In the Corona del Mar office, Mark Simon was recognized for his enthusiasm in helping his clients and fellow agents at a moment’s notice. Brenda McCroskey and BJ Johnson, also of the Corona del Mar office, were chosen as the recipient of the Star award for the integrity and work ethic they demonstrated in assisting their clients and colleagues, regardless of market conditions.

Prudential employees Crystal Van Es and Ashli Fukuda-Patten of the Newport Beach office were chosen once again for their willingness to support the agents in their office with a smile and a positive attitude. For Laguna Niguel, Realtor Dave Sidoni was awarded for the creative ideas he utilizes to help his sellers, and for openly sharing those ideas with his peers.

“It is a pleasure to recognize our agents and employees for their work ethic and determination to provide exceptional results for our clients,” Brotherton said. “Our status as a market leading brokerage is a credit to their professionalism and ongoing commitment to client care.”

Bill Wedmore of the Rancho Santa Margarita office earned the Star award for the selfless assistance and support he provides to other people. In Rancho Santa Margarita, Maurine Fischel was honored for doing an outstanding job, both in providing excellent service for her clients and as a mentor for other agents, while dealing with family health issues.

Melody Nickerson of the Ladera Ranch office was recognized for constantly working to help the company, as well as her fellow agents. The Irvine office selected Marlene Dietrich for the vitality and enthusiasm she brings to the office, in addition to her focus on producing successful outcomes for her clients.

In San Clemente, Kathy de los Monteros was chosen for the incredible support she provides for the office, and her attention to learning all the tools necessary to help her clients realize their goals in a dynamic real estate environment. For Monarch Beach, Prudential Employee Carole Stavert was chosen for her commitment to the agents in her office, for being the first to arrive, and for her pleasant demeanor. Carol Chirpich of the Mission Viejo office earned the award as a result of the professionalism she exhibited when handling very difficult situations with her clients’ transactions, for helping her colleagues with appraisal questions, and for her constant focus on delivering positive experiences for her clients.
