“Turning Myths into Money: An Insider’s Guide to Winning the Real Estate Game,” is an informative resource for buyers, sellers and investors.

With the release of his new book, “Turning Myths into Money: An Insider’s Guide to Winning the Real Estate Game,” H. Richard Steinhoff is providing valuable insights and practical advice for navigating today’s real estate market. Created as an informative resource for buyers, sellers and investors the book features a detailed analysis of 90 popular real estate myths.

A broker associate, Steinhoff acknowledged that his 30 years of experience in real estate were critical to him when writing the book. He has been involved with buyers and sellers in thousands of transactions over the past three decades, earning referrals and an outstanding reputation in the real estate community.

“The average real estate transaction has always been a very emotional and significant event in many people’s lives,” noted Steinhoff, “but the recent condition of the real estate market has made it an incredibly stressful experience. My goal in writing the book was to provide buyers and sellers with proven success strategies and relevant information about the dynamics of the modern real estate environment.”

In addition to case studies about the real-world tribulations, failures and achievements of individual buyers and sellers, “Turning Myths into Money” discusses foreclosures and short sales, how existing capital should be utilized when considering mortgage options, and how to realize financial gains when investing in rental property.

Steinhoff entered the real estate industry after graduating from California State University with a degree in Business Administration and from the University of California Los Angeles’ Graduate School of Business. A top producing agent for the bulk of his career, he has volunteered his time to work in an executive capacity for a number of real estate-related organizations, including the Broker Council of Southern California, the California Association of Realtors, and the Orange County Association of Realtors.

In recognition of his focus on ethical business practices and community involvement, Steinhoff was honored with the Irvine Chamber of Commerce’s Man of the Year award, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s President’s Award. He is a member of the American Mensa Society, and has been recognized in “Who’s Who in California,” as well as “Who’s Who in the West.”
