Kice transitioned into the field of residential real estate from a highly successful career in sales – for more than 20 years, he held high-level positions with prestigious organizations such as General Electric, Gulf & Western and Litton Industries. This experience shaped his professional talents in innumerable ways, helping him to build the skill set that so many clients in South Orange County’s coastal real estate markets depend on today. After many years of investing and building homes, he then launched his career as a Realtor in 2001, and has quickly risen to the top, becoming one of the most well known professionals in the area.
