Carol Chirpich, of Prudential California Realty’s Mission Viejo office, recently earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, by completing an advanced curriculum of hands-on training courses and formal educational requirements.

“The real estate market has been particularly challenging for the past few years,” said Chirpich, a 24-year veteran of the industry. She commented that, “It’s more important than ever for people to have someone on their side who understands how to collaborate with their colleagues, communicate effectively and resolve any issues that could hinder the closing of their transaction.”

Chirpich now a Certified Negotiation Expert

Drawing from the knowledge she acquired from working as a real estate appraiser for 23

years, Chirpich provides her clients with detailed assessments about the condition of

potential homes. An instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices

and other real estate related courses, she credits the experience she gained from her background

in real estate appraising for granting her the ability to develop highly accurate evaluations of

a home’s fair market value.

Already well on her way to a successful

career in residential sales, Chirpich is known for her ability to listen to her client’s needs and

successfully negotiate difficult transactions.

“I love working in sales because it provides so many more opportunities to interact with people, and because I love helping someone with something as significant as the purchase or sale of a home,” Chirpich added.

A member of the Toastmasters organization and recent recipient of their Distinguished Toast Master award, Chirpich enjoys gardening, painting and camping in her spare time. She also volunteers for the UC Orange County Master Gardeners.
