Best-selling author featured at NAR convention

In recognition of the success of “Turning Myths Into Money: An Insider’s Guide to Winning the Real Estate Game,” H. Richard Steinhoff was recently asked to do a book signing at the National Association of Realtors’ convention in Anaheim. Steinhoff, who is based in Prudential California Realty’s Irvine office, wrote the book to offer buyers and sellers a detailed analysis of 90 popular real estate myths.

book was to provide people with a resource full of information and practical suggestions that they could use to successfully navigate the complexities of today’s real estate environment.”

Steinhoff drew from his vast educational background and 30 years of experience as a top-selling agent to write the book. A broker associate, his ability to deliver a positive result for thousands of buyers and sellers over the years has earned him an excellent reputation in the real estate community.

Previously honored as the Irvine Chamber of

Commerce’s Man of the Year, Steinhoff holds advanced degrees in Business from both California State University and the University of California Los Angeles’ Graduate School of Business. He has served as an executive for the Broker Council of Southern California, the California Association of Realtors, and the Orange County Association of Realtors.

Guided by a strong belief in the importance of giving back, Steinhoff has volunteered for a number of community organizations, including the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and the Laguna Niguel Community Council. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he has been honored with the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s President’s award. Steinhoff is a member of the American Mensa Society, and has been listed in “Who’s Who in California,” as well as “Who’s Who in the West.”
