Prudential’s stars honored for community work, client service

Prudential California Realty recently announced the recipients of the Orange County Star award for the month of December 2011. The award, which is the brainchild of Prudential’s Regional Vice President of Orange County Patti Brotherton, was created to recognize agents and employees that embody the company’s mission to provide a superior standard of representation and service to the community.

“Each month we honor people in our offices that make outstanding contributions to both our company and their clients; it is one of the reasons that we are a market-leading brokerage,” said Brotherton. “I am thankful for everything that our agents bring to our profession.”

In the Laguna Niguel office, Jim Bishop was recognized for consistently contributing to the entire office by sharing his ideas about how to secure

good listings and provide home sellers with short market times. Prudential employee Jennifer Sheehan of the Irvine office was chosen for the fabulous first impression she creates for the office and company while seated at the front desk, in addition to how she ensures that everyone in the company’s Orange County network is aware of the corporate training schedule.

In Newport Beach, Barbara Amstadter was awarded for her constant professionalism and work ethic, as well as her steady influence in keeping the entire office ahead of the latest industry developments, in an effort to deliver superior representation for clients. Betty Callaway of Prudential’s Rancho Santa Margarita office was chosen for her ability to form lasting relationships with her clients, by treating their dreams as if they were her own.

For Mission Viejo, Cheryl Newton earned the Star award for closing more than $10 million in sales this year while adhering to the strictest ethical standards throughout her professional life. In Ladera Ranch, Dina Williams was honored for the professionalism she always maintains when negotiating short sales on behalf of her clients, and for providing her colleagues with useful tips about how to manage the transaction.

Bob and Freda Breen of the Monarch Beach office were recognized for consistently treating their fellow agents with respect, and for their willingness to share their extensive knowledge of the local market. The Laguna Beach office selected Eustorgio Villa for his upbeat attitude in the office and for providing his clients with such an incredible standard of assistance that they know they are always number one

in his book. December marked the second consecutive month in which Villa received the Star award for his office.

In San Clemente, Helen Thole was chosen for all of the volunteer work that she did to help the military during the holidays, while tenaciously working to help her clients realize their dreams. Brenda McCroskey of the Corona del Mar office was chosen for her pleasant demeanor and for always being ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in the office – but most importantly for her focus on client satisfaction.
