Surterre Properties® welcomes Lampe to their team

Brandi Lampe recently joined Surterre Properties®.

Whether advising in the non-profit arena or with respect to private sector sales and investments, Lampe has amassed an enviable record of achieving client goals and maximizing investor returns. Lampe has been instrumental in opening and operating three Las Vegas area real estate brokerages, each of which maintains a continuing presence in a different niche of the volatile Las Vegas real estate market. property investment vehicles allowing her investment clients to achieve enviable returns on investment dollars, and her individual clients to achieve their own objectives whether that is becoming first time homeowners or exploring short sales and other strategies to keep their heads above water in a down market. Her adaptive and innovative approach resulted in over 60 real property transactions in a period of 14 months at a time when other agents struggled to close one transaction a month.

Lampe brings that same drive, interest and passion to Orange County as a broker

associate with Brown and Stowell in Corona del Mar. Whether her clients seek a new primary residence, investment properties or advice and assistance with short sale and other “escape” strategies, they will experience the same keen interest and fervor that has become Lampe’s hallmark in both business and philanthropy.

As part of the Brown and Stowell Team – one of the most respected and accomplished

group of agents at Surterre Properties – Lampe is able to provide her clients with

unparalleled personalized service. In addition to Surterre’s network of the area’s

most accomplished agents and brokers, the company boasts an award-winning in-house

marketing and advertising studio and the latest advances in industry technology,

allowing Lampe to focus her attention and efforts on her clients.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the incomparable

Brown and Stowell Team,” Lampe

exclaimed. “Not only do I have the benefit of learning from the best of the best, but I get to work with them in the wonderfully supportive and resourceful environment Surterre has created for its agents.”

Despite the demands of business, Lampe has always found time to give back. While living in Dallas, she served as the special events coordinator and board liaison for the greater Dallas Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Her five-year tenure culminated in impressive board member expansion and massive fundraising development. She is now honored to contribute her fundraising and philanthropic energy and expertise on behalf of Miracles For Kids in Orange County.

She resides in Orange County with her five-year-old son, Locklin.
