
Prudential California Realty is proud to congratulate the winners of the company’s Orange County Star award for the month of January 2012. The award was created by Prudential’s Regional Vice President of Orange County Patti Brotherton, to honor agents and employees that epitomize the company’s mission to provide a superior standard of representation and service to the community.
“It is a privilege for me to recognize so many of our fabulous agents and employees every month,” said Brotherton, who also serves as the manager of the San Clemente and Monarch Beach offices. “All of them bring incredible resources to our company.”
A different recipient of the Star award is chosen each month by the managers of Prudential’s network of offices spanning Orange County. In the Irvine office, Prudential employee Mary Jespersen was
chosen for being absolutely incredible to all the agents in her office, and for winning the Above and Beyond award, a form of recognition for the company’s staff in Orange County.
Prudential’s Regional Assistant Manager Wayne Woodyard, who is based in the Monarch Beach office, was honored for his focus on making himself available, as well as the effort he applies to answer questions regarding technology, contracts, or anything else needing attention, to ensure that the agents in the office can quickly respond to the needs of their clients.
In San Clemente, Prudential employee Marilyn Murphy was recognized for her great smile and helpful attitude, which enables the agents in her office to effectively serve their clients. For Laguna Niguel, John Armijo earned the award for his professionalism and willingness to share his knowledge with his fellow agents,
to make the office stand out in the community and achieve record breaking numbers in December.
Bev White of the Corona del Mar location was chosen for attaining top agent status in Cameo Shores, and for being one of the most respected and well-liked agents in the business. Prudential Newport Beach honored Lisa Enochs because she goes above and beyond the call of duty all the time, never complains and always has a smile on her face.
In Laguna Beach, Suzanne Taylor was commended for the helpful spirit and kindness that she exhibits around the office, in addition to her involvement with the Laguna Association of Realtors. Ellen Hunter, a Prudential employee with the Mission Viejo office, was recognized for her pleasant demeanor and ability to surpass everyone’s expectations over the past few weeks, by effectively serving

Sandy Kirtley and Sandy Mathews of the Rancho Santa Margarita office were chosen for their positive attitudes, in combination with the tenacity and professionalism they displayed in working to successfully close an extremely difficult transaction on behalf of their seller. For Ladera Ranch, Dina Williams and Dede Engelbrecht were honored for being a great team that supports the office and the community in a big way.
