Connie McKibban was recently honored as the top agent in Prudential California Realty’s Monarch Beach office for her sales production in 2011. With a background in real estate that spans over three decades, McKibban has successfully navigated her clients through a variety of market cycles and economic conditions.

A Luxury Properties Specialist, McKibban was awarded with the Chairman’s Circle Platinum award for 2011, ranking her in the top one percent of more than 54,000 Prudential agents nationwide. She has been the No. 1 agent in Niguel Shores in terms of both her sales volume and the number of transactions since 1991.
Over the years McKibban has set herself apart by
focusing on surpassing the expectations of her clients and by continually improving her understanding of marketing. Guided by a sense of responsibility to her clients, she enjoys sharing the contact information of her trusted network of local service providers, from lenders, home inspectors and termite companies, to escrow firms, title companies and contractors.
McKibban first acquired her real estate license in 1974.
A high school teacher for 16 years, she earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Redlands and a graduate degree from California State Long Beach.
