Hill is No. 1 in Mission Viejo office

Prudential California Realty is pleased to recognize Kevin Hill as the No. 1 ranked agent in the Mission Viejo office for both his sales production and the number of transactions conducted in 2011. One of Southern California’s perennial market leaders, Hill’s experience in real estate encompasses multiple aspects of the industry.

Hill first obtained his real estate license in 1977 and has excelled as a result of his commitment to constantly refine his skill set and focus on client care. The results speak for themselves, as he has consistently been honored for his sales production. For 2011, Hill earned the Chairman’s Circle Gold award, ranking him at the top two percent of more than 50,000 Prudential agents nationwide.

Formerly the broker/owner of a local fine homes division for a nationally recognized real estate company, Hill earned a reputation for his discretion, professionalism and ability to accurately determine the market value of specific properties. His efforts were instrumental in opening multiple real estate offices for the firm as well as a several mortgage and escrow companies.

As a mentor for new agents and a sales trainer for the industry’s leaders, Hill has enjoyed sharing the insights and experience that have made him successful. Previously a professional soccer player, he has found that the lessons he learned on the field apply directly to real estate.
