Churee Kakimoto

Huntington Harbour is a community that Churee Kakimoto knows and loves. Because of her knowledge and love for the Harbour, she is among the very best at showcasing it to potential home buyers, earing her real estate’s top honors.

Churee’s success can be attributed to her style, knowledge of the market and dedication to her clients. She is known for her work moral, honesty and high ethical standards. Much of Churee’s business comes from repeat clients, referrals and long-time Huntington Harbour residents.

Having lived in Huntington Harbour for more than 40 years, Churee takes a great deal of pride in her community. She has raised two children in the Harbour, started a local construction company with her husband, provided a great deal of support to local charities and civic organizations such as Huntington Harbour Cancer League and Philharmonic.

Churee’s philosophy is simple: her clients’ needs come first. Those who have worked closely with Churee know that this is the secret to her long-term business relationships and the reason why so many of her clients have grown to become close friends with Churee.

Teresa Suryan

Teresa and her family have lived in Orange County beach areas since 2000, when they moved here from San Diego.

With her children almost grown, Teresa is ready to get back into the work force. Although her education is in kinesiology, Teresa’s professional past has always focused on customer service, which included being a flight attendant for American Airlines and in sales as a men’s area manager for Nordstrom. This emphasis on customer service and her clients’ needs is the perfect compliment for the Power’s Team at Teles Properties.

While devoting herself to being a stay at home mom, Teresa remained very involved in philanthropic work within her community. She is also very involved in tennis and yoga.

Teresa has a great knowledge of Orange County’s beach cities and specializes in Corona del Mar.
