Exceptional 2011 for Prudential sales associate

Prudential California Realty is pleased to recognize Staci Treloggen-Saunders as the No. 1 sales associate in the Laguna Niguel office for both her sales production and the number of transactions conducted last year. A Chairman’s Circle Platinum award winner, Treloggen-Saunders ranked in the top 1% of more than 54,000 Prudential agents nationwide for her sales in 2011.

A real estate veteran with over 23 years of experience, Treloggen-Saunders began her career while she was still in college pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Liberal

Studies and Economics. After graduation she began working as a corporate inventory manager for a prominent local brokerage, where she developed a talent for negotiating and an ability to accurately evaluate property values, as well as an extensive knowledge of foreclosures.

“There’s no question that the market is recovering,” said Staci, who ranked No. 5 for the number of transactions she conducted last year, out of every Prudential agent in Southern California. “Bank managers and lending institutions are highly motivated to get rid of the

distressed properties that are still on their books, and we have seen a large number of buyers capitalizing on the incredible values and low interest rates that are out there.”

As a result of her vast expertise with foreclosures, Treloggen-Saunders was asked to serve as chairwoman of the 2012 Membership Committee for REOMAC, a nonprofit organization that serves the national mortgage default industry. Over the course of her career she has personally managed every aspect of the foreclosure process, from handling occupancy checks,

cash for keys and evictions, to marketing, repairs, and property maintenance.

Treloggen-Saunders is a native of Burbank and a consistent top producer. She credits her success to her vast understanding of Orange County’s diverse neighborhoods and school districts, along with her service-oriented business philosophy, which includes constantly researching economic trends and local market conditions.
