Prudential California Realty is pleased to recognize Coleen Brennan for her outstanding sales through the first quarter of 2012. A veteran agent with 27 years of experience, Brennan ranked No. 2 for her sales production and No. 7 for the number of transactions, out of every Prudential agent in Orange County.

Based out of Prudential’s Corona del Mar office, Brennan specializes in the marketing and sale of coastal estates and bay front homes. An accomplished sailor and bay front homeowner herself, her complex understanding of the implications of owning a home on the water has earned her referrals and repeat business from an expansive base of clientele.

“It takes experience and knowledge to provide effective counsel about the fluctuations of the tide, as well as how to safeguard homes and property from the impacts of saltwater and constant moisture,” says Brennan, who together with her husband Dave has won every major regatta in Southern California.

A winner of Prudential’s 10-year Legend award, Brennan has consistently ranked at the top 1% of the company’s 54,000 agents nationwide for her sales achievements. One of the company’s highest honors,

the award recognizes top-producing agents for their ability to facilitate the goals of their clients, regardless of market conditions.

The No. 1 ranked agent in the Corona del Mar office for seven of the last eight years, she credits her achievements in real estate to the dedication of her team and the tenacity she applies to facilitate the goals of her clients.
