Ora of Prudential shares insights for listing presentations

Prudential California Realty recently invited perennial market leader Randy Ora to speak at the corporate training center in Irvine, in recognition of his success with offering his services to potential sellers of real estate in Orange County. A large number of agents from throughout Orange County attended the seminar to learn how Ora has consistently been successful in servicing his clients as a listing agent for Prudential year after year.

As a keynote speaker, Ora shared some of the strategies that have allowed him to consistently rank at the top one percent or higher of Prudential’s 54,000 agents nationwide. During the seminar Ora showed a video of one of his meetings with a potential seller and then led a question and answer session about the

basic ideas and keys to success for servicing clients as sellers in today’s challenging market.

“Randy’s insights and guidance were overwhelmingly well received by all of our agents,” noted Patti Brotherton, Prudential’s regional vice president of Orange County. “His incredible approach to always having his clients come first is not exactly a new idea; he just carries it out in the best way possible.”

Ora is a certified business coach for agents across the country and a mentor for newer agents at Prudential’s Laguna Niguel office. He is the lead agent for The Ora Group, which is comprised of his son Chase Ora and Meghan Kelly-Sickner. Ora is well known for his focus on family values, comprehensive knowledge of marketing and professional approach to real estate.

A recipient of Prudential’s 10-Year Legend award, Ora has been recognized for his continuous ability to help his clients achieve their goals, regardless of market conditions. The award is one of the company’s highest accolades. He will be up for consideration again in 2012 for the 15-Year Legend Award, which only a handful of agents ever achieve.

The regional training center in Irvine is a spacious and comfortable venue for Prudential agents to network, exchange information and learn from some of the industry’s top producers. The classes offered at the center were designed to be a valuable resource for new agents and seasoned professionals.
