Two new neighborhoods by Irvine Pacific coming to popular Village of Stonegate

The single-family, detached homes of Mendocino and Saratoga features open floorplans perfect for entertaining.

Irvine Pacific® officials invite homebuyers to celebrate the model grand opening of two new neighborhoods, Saratoga and Mendocino, Saturday, September 22, in the popular Village of Stonegate.

Sales galleries will be open in both neighborhoods from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with refreshments, kid’s activities and entertainment from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. as homebuyers take advantage of their first opportunity to tour the model homes.

Saratoga, by Irvine Pacific, features single-family detached homes that offer four bedrooms and three to four baths. Each Saratoga residence offers open floorplan designs with a highly desirable downstairs bedroom option. Optional California and conservatory rooms are also available, providing the opportunity for indoor/outdoor living. Three floorplans range from 1,907 square feet to 2,181 square feet. Prices range from the high $600,000s to the mid $700,000s.

Mendocino, by Irvine Pacific, features single-family detached homes ranging from three to four bedrooms and two and one-half to four and one-half baths. Each Mendocino residence features light-filled Great Rooms that flow into chef-inspired kitchens. Optional California and Conservatory Rooms are available in all models, and downstairs bedroom suites are available in select models. Four floorplans range from 2,221 square feet to 2,452 square feet. Prices range from the low $800,000s to the high $800,000s.
