Two new neighborhoods by Irvine Pacific coming to popular Village of Stonegate

Irvine Pacific® officials invite homebuyers to celebrate the model grand opening of two new neighborhoods, Saratoga and Mendocino, Saturday, September 22, in the popular Village of Stonegate.
Sales galleries will be open in both neighborhoods from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with refreshments, kid’s activities and entertainment from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. as homebuyers take advantage of their first opportunity to tour the model homes.

Prices range from the high $600,000s to the mid $700,000s.

Optional California and Conservatory Rooms are available in all models, and downstairs bedroom suites are available in select models. Four floorplans range from 2,221 square feet to 2,452 square feet. Prices range from the low $800,000s to the high $800,000s.
