Meeting of Top Prudential California Realty Agents a Win for Clients

Bringing exceptional results to our buyers and sellers means embracing innovative ideas and continuously focusing on ways to improve our services. Sometimes it’s as simple as getting our agents together on a quarterly basis to have lunch and brainstorm.

At Prudential in Orange County we have formed a number of Mastermind Groups, which consist of at least one top agent from each of our offices. Nobody has a better understanding of what our clients want or what type of services they expect to receive than our agents, and these groups have quickly proven to be an effective strategy for increasing our sales.

Getting everyone together in an informal setting has resulted in our agents sharing valuable real-world insights and effective new methods for serving the needs of our clients. What is interesting is that ideas flow from agents who sell multi-million dollar estates to agents who sell starter homes and condominiums. Useful information comes from every segment of the marketplace.

When the agents come up with an idea that will benefit the region, it is put into place within two weeks. This allows us to swiftly respond to the changing needs of our clients and the dynamics of the real estate market.

Recognizing that inventory levels have been extremely low, our agents thought it would be a good idea to have access to listing information throughout the county before it ever hit the Multiple Listing System. As a result we now email all of our agents in the county every afternoon with announcements

about newly available properties as well as lists of “haves and needs” from our agents working with buyers and sellers. In the short time it has been in existence, this has resulted in a substantial improvement in our sales.

Our agents are letting their sellers know that their properties will not only be promoted to our nationwide referral network but also to as many waiting local buyers as possible, so everyone benefits. Our sellers want a great return on their investment and our buyers want to find a home that meets their needs— our Mastermind Groups deliver a win for both parties.

The ideas are freely exchanged at these meetings and our Mastermind agents have proven that they enjoy sharing what they have learned about navigating the current real estate environment with their colleagues. The objective is to provide our buyers and sellers with exceptional value and we have found our Mastermind Groups to be an excellent means of reaching that goal.
