Star Award Highlights Prudential’s Best and Brightest
Prudential California Realty is proud to congratulate the recipients of the Orange County Star award for the month of August 2012. The award was created by Patti Brotherton, Prudential’s Regional Vice President of Orange County, to recognize agents and employees that embody the company’s mission to provide a superior standard of representation and service to the community.
“The importance of the Star award can’t be overstated,” says Brotherton, “because it allows us to bring attention to those individuals who have made a positive impact on the well-being of both our company and the communities where we live and work.”
A different winner of the Star award is chosen each month by the managers of Prudential’s network of offices spanning Orange County. In the San Clemente office, Laurie Martinez was chosen for her pleasant demeanor, responsiveness and focus on constantly making herself available to help her fellow agents with social media questions.
Joe Baker of the Laguna Beach office was honored for his good nature and the positive attitude that he shows around the office, and his ability to always put a smile on someone’s face. At Prudential Rancho Santa Margarita, Mariann Cordova was commended for successfully closing numerous transactions for her clients, including a home in Coto de Caza valued at $3 million. In the Irvine office, Lorraine Murray and Parto Famouri were recognized for graduating from Prudential’s mentor program; by applying the knowledge they gained to handle several challenging transactions with true professionalism. For Mission Viejo, Matt Babayan earned the award for his professional approach to real estate and the perseverance he demonstrates on behalf of his clients, which allowed him to close multiple short sale transactions.
