Prudential California Realty is proud to honor Andy Howe of the Newport Beach office with the company’s Orange County Star award for the month of July 2012. Howe is a residential specialist who serves buyers and sellers throughout Orange County.
“Andy’s commitment to never stop working until he delivers an exceptional result for his clients has been an inspiration to everyone in our office,” notes Scott MacDonald, manager of Prudential Newport Beach. “He applies the same tenacity that made him a success on the football field to protect and further the interests of his clients.”
Howe played football at Arizona State
University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Sociology. Since beginning his real estate career in 2007, he has excelled as a result of his talent for negotiating, understanding of marketing strategy and focus on developing lasting relationships with his clients.
“Real estate has always been about relationships,” said Howe, “so I work to ensure that my clients receive the type of service that earns their trust and repeat business. This involves providing timely communications, honest advice and useful information throughout the transaction process.”
The Orange County Star award recognizes agents and employees that embody Prudential’s mission to provide a superior standard of representation and service to the community. “Receiving this award was a tremendous honor for me,” adds Howe, “and I’m very happy that I chose to pursue a career in residential sales. I love working with people and real estate is the ultimate investment.”
