Great Car Buying Experience!
We recently purchased a new Subaru Forester at Sierra Subaru. Our salesman, Gordon, was patient, courteous, and helpful. At no time did we feel pressured about buying a car. We received a follow-up phone call the next day and were encouraged to call back if we had any questions or concerns. The entire car buying process from browsing the inventory through completing fi nal paperwork with Mike was a no-stress experience. We highly recommend Sierra Subaru!

My husband and I went to Walter’s Mercedes in Adam Street Riverside evening of 11/6/2012. We didn’t plan on buying right there and then as I didn’t know if I even qualified. Long story short, we were shown a few C-Class options, drafted the best offer, ran my credit history and next thing you know, we drove off in our 2013 Mercedes-Benz C Class! For a brand new car, we got such a great price, they stayed way past the working hours and even let our toddler run in the showroom like her own playground! I’m 56 years old, and I’ve bought 7 cars from 7 different dealers in my lifetime. I’ve always had a good experience and once again with going to Anaheim Mitsubishi it happened again. I enjoyed my experience very much. I walked into this dealership knowing what I wanted, and ready to purchase. They were very friendly and funny at times. They gave me a bottle of water as soon as I sat down. They made my overall experience fun and quick. From the time I arrived there till the time I left, it was a total of about 2 hours. Maybe I’m lucky or maybe I just know how to pick dealerships. I truly truly would go back to this dealership again. I most likely won’t need a car for several years, but if I do I will go back.

Our family has purchased two vehicles from Alhambra Volkswagen in the last year...both times the service was just great! On both occasions the salesmen were very friendly and helpful, and they made the fi nancing process and paperwork so fast and simple!! Both times, Eric in Finance did our paperwork - he was great and answered all of our questions. We were in and out both times in record time! Karl, the general manager, was incredibly helpful and made sure that we got exactly which vehicles we wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a VW!!

Amazing Attention To The Consumer!!!
Thanksgiving Day and the Santa Fe would not start. After deciding to give it one last try on Friday, it started but had an aftermath of petrol smell. Had it towed to Harbor Hyundai and was referred to an outstanding service manager, Scott, who quoted us an initial price to check the problem out- reminding us that, given the wonderful 10 year/100,000 mi warranty, if it was covered the initial quote “goes away.” Promising the car back by “more like Monday” we received a call from Scott Friday afternoon saying the car was ready and under warranty - which expires in one month! Highly reputable and dedicated to the customer.

What An Operation!!!!!!!!!!!!
Forget every bad thing you have ever experienced at another dealership. From my fi rst contact with Paul Bromley to the fi nal handshake goodbye, we were treated like human beings and not cattle, like at other dealerships in the area. We stated what we needed and less than 30 minutes later we were signing documents, and 15 minutes later we were given a thorough demo of every item in the car. Not a stone un-turned. Our hat is off to Paul and a big thank you to Kevin Wildman, the sales manager.
