Marlene Dietrich, known affectionately as “Marlene the Machine” is known for her tenacious, high energy passion for real estate. Marlene notes that their perception of First Team ® was turned on its head when they met the Newport Beach office manager, Debbie Lewandowski. “We don’t need to work harder, we need to work smarter, and with their outstanding support we can,” she said.
Citing support in areas such as; marketing, advertising, client appreciation events, brainstorming groups, one-on-one coaching, leadership, technology and an International presence, they believe they will have more time to focus on what they do best - sell real estate.

With 17 escrows opened, 2013 is already “fast and furious” for the Dietrich Home Team. But they still find time to give back to the community by helping the Make-A- Wish-Foundatoin grant wishes for children suffering from life-threatening illness, and by helping to feed the homeless. They put smiles on people’s faces through their volunteer work and super client care.
