Award highlights Gary Boisen’s commitment to professionalism

Longtime Surterre Properties agent Gary Boisen was recently designated a 2013 Realtor of the Year for Laguna Beach by the Laguna Board of Realtors and Affiliates.

Boisen was one of two local agents to receive the award, which celebrates the highest ethical and professional standards within the real estate business, as well as within the community at large.

“Gary is a go-to person; he always makes himself available to help,” co-recipient Cheri Romig said. “He is a wonderful example of what a Realtor should be, not only ethically and pro fessionally,

but also by giving back the community.”

Boisen’s dedication to his career reaches beyond the borders of his profession and his commitment to clients. He served as president of the Laguna Board of Realtors and Affiliates in 2012 and currently holds the position of director. An Ecobrokercertified agent, Boisen also

serves on Surterre’s Green Team and Best Buys committee.

As one of Surterre’s most experienced and accomplished agents, Boisen is setting a new standard among Laguna Beach real estate professionals. Boisen holds a business and marketing degree from Winona State University. He has worked in the real estate industry for more than two decades.
