55+ Housing Council of Southern California announces its “Key Trends Shaping the Future of 55+ Housing”

event set for Thursday, April 17, 2014, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., at the Radisson Hotel Newport Beach.

trends and new analogues - with takeaways for those interested in building 55+ consumer market share, including:

• innovative ideas for infrastructure and programming that will enhance marketability and client satisfaction • Best practices and development essentials for agetargeted and age-qualified markets • How to “package” the full experience to minimize development costs, while maximizing consumer value Keynote speakers include: • Mitch Brown, Chief development officer at Kisco Senior living - Mitch manages the development arm of Kisco Senior living with a focus on strategic planning and asset management of Kisco’s portfolio of independent, congregate and assisted living senior campuses, as well as age-qualified apartment communities.
