Kevin Hill of Berkshire Hathaway leads the way in Orange County

Hill of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties has been recognized as the No. 1 agent in Orange County for the number of transactions he conducted in 2013, as well as the fifthranked agent for his sales production.

The achievement made Hill the seventh-ranked agent for the number of homes sold last year, out of the brokerage’s network of agents in Southern California and the Central Coast.

With more than 35 years of experience, Hill has excelled because of his understanding of local property values and effective marketing campaigns.

Hill also mentors new agents in his office. Formerly the broker/owner of a fine homes division for a nationally recognized brokerage, he is known for his work ethic.
