Menchaca, an independent sales associate, recently has joined the sales team of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
He is serving the real estate brokerage’s Laguna Beach office.
Before affiliating himself with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Menchaca owned his own local business, Absolute Fitness Solutions, for eight years.
There he was also a certified personal trainer. His specialties included personalized fitness program design, weight-loss coaching, one-on-one fitness

“During that time, I gained experience and success in negotiating and selling a business,” said Menchaca.
Menchaca may be new to working in real estate, but he brings an extensive network, a vast knowledge of the local community
and an understanding of Internet marketing mediums.
“Working in real estate allows me to continue doing what I love.
(I enjoy) helping people, making deals and selling something I believe in,” Menchaca said.
His ties to the area help, too. “And I believe in the Laguna Beach and South Orange County region.”
