Martinez has lived in South Orange County for 25 years and takes pride in being able to identify the perfect neighborhoods for buyers. An active member of her church, Martinez sponsors a Compassion Child in Tanzania and a missionary project in Kenya. However, her proudest accomplishment was homeschooling her three daughters, all of whom went on to excel in college.
