Our custom home builder client has completed and sold five of the eight originally proposed town-homes scheduled for completion during 2014-2015. All new town-homes are located south of PCH & within the heart of the CdM village. Each contain approximately 1,250 to 1,850 sq ft of living space.

An early purchaser will be afforded the option to pre-select decorator preferences for: paint, floor covering, hardware, fixtures and appliances. Previous buyers have truly appreciated this feather, allowing their personal choices to be incorporated within their new home.
