SAVE THE DATE - THE MORISSETTE TEAM HOSTS HUGE COMMUNITY-WIDE GARAGE SALE!

Tim and Michele Morissette of First Team Real Estate are hosting their semi-annual garage sale throughout Foothill Ranch! Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 21 from 7:00 am - 12:00 noon. Hundreds of residents will be participating so come early to shop. All sorts for items will be for sale including furniture, exercise equipment, tools, toys, clothes, and more!

The Morissettes have been hosting these community-wide garage sales for 12 years and it’s well worth the effort. Tim and Michele advertise heavily in local papers, flyers, social media, and put up large banners and directional signs to attract buyers. Additionally, Tim and Michele, along with their sons and friends, deliver coffee and donuts with a smile to each garage sale participant the morning of the event. After the sale, most participants donate their unsold items to Salvation Army, so it’s a win-win for everyone. Residents look forward to this event and it has become a Foothill Ranch favorite.
