In the world of ultra-luxury features, home water parks might be more campy than covetable.

Singer Celine Dion has been seeking a buyer for her estate on Jupiter Island, Fla. — which includes a 500,000-gallon water park —for more than two years now, ever since she listed the place for $72.5 million. The asking price is now at $45.5 million.

She’s got a lot packed on the 5.7-acre property. The impressive aquatic center includes two swimming pools that interconnect.

Twisting water slides, a slowcurrent “lazy river” and a bridge are among the other features. Plus, there’s an infinity-style pool overlooking the ocean.

Then there’s the main house, two four-bedroom guesthouses, a tennis house, a pool house with a kitchen and a beach house with a massage room and a sleeping loft. That’s about 22,775 square feet of interior space with five fireplaces, afitness room, a home theater, a home office, 17 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.

The sprawling waterfront home, custom-built for the fivetime Grammy winner in 2010, is Bahamian-inspired.

Asandy beach 415 feet long makes up one boundary of the property.

Dion, 47, is a top recording artist. Among the Canadian’s English-language albums are the Grammy Award-winning “Falling Into You” and “Let’s Talk About Love.” And, of course, there is “My Heart Will Go On.”

Getting cold feet on the Westside

Is DeAndre Jordan suffering from another bout of signer’s remorse? The Los Angeles Clippers center, who abruptly backed out of a deal to sign with the Dallas Mavericks as a free agent last summer, has put his Pacific Palisades trophy home on the market for $12.895 million — after buying the newly built house in September for $12.7 million in cash.

Located within walking distance of a home owned by teammate Blake Griffin, Jordan’s slightly used Cape Cod-inspired three-story mansion has 10,500 square feet of living space. Fun features include a basketball half-court, a putting green and a secret room with a hidden passage and a thumbprint entry system.

The ocean-view estate is accessed through gates and a garden with a waterfall. Inside the home’s double doors is a dramatic chandelier-topped foyer with a sweeping staircase.

Formal spaces include a living room with a fireplace and a formal dining room with diamondshaped coffered ceilings. The wine cellar has a glass wall facing the foyer. The home theater features a 130-inch screen and stadium seating. There’s also an indoor exercise pool, a gym and an elevator, not to mention a total of seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Disappearing sliding glass pocket doors along the back of the house open to a tiered patio with a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. A waterfall with colored LED lighting and a swimming pool with a raised spa complete the half-acre grounds.

Jordan, 27, is an eight-year center known for his shot blocking. He will earn $87.6 million during the next four years.

Sale is wrapped up, and with a bow

Poison singer Bret Michaels got an early birthday present last week: The rocker sold his spare house in a gated Calabasas community for $3,432,500.

The elegant Mediterranean two-story was only a temporary tour stop. He bought the onethird-acre property two years ago for $3.05 million and listed it last year after he picked up a place in Westlake Village.

Still, during his short stay, Michaels glammed up the interiors with rock-star accents, including guitars, a grand piano and religious iconography. Built in 2006, the 6,797-square-foot house features vaulted ceilings, formal living and dining rooms, a media room, an office and a family room.

The master suite of the fivebedroom, seven-bathroom home is tricked out with a sitting area, dual walk-in closets, a balcony, dual bathrooms and a gym.

Michaels, 53, made his mark as frontman for the glam metal band starting in the early 1980s and has several solo albums.

Spanish classic in the Hollywood Hills

AHollywood Hills home owned by the late Andrew Getty and, before him, three-time Oscarwinning film composer Miklos Rozsa,is on the market for $7.95 million.

Getty, the dynasty heir who died unexpectedly last year at 47, bought the house from Rozsa’s estate two decades ago for $999,000. Beforethat, Rozsa had owned the home with his wife, Margaret, for half a century.

The Spanish-style villa, built in 1926 and designed by architect John L. DeLario, is set behind gates on roughly 7 acres with sweeping views of Griffith Observatory and the San Fernando Valley.

Period details are inside and out. Colorful tile risers decorate the stairways; a wrought-iron staircase spirals up through the rotunda entry. Arched doors and windows, Saltillo tile floors and beamed ceilings continue the classic style.

Grand formal areas, an officelibrary, a safe room and a wine cellar are within the 4,712 square feet of interiors. The great room has a corner fireplace, vaulted ceilings and French doors that open to a terrace.

The master suite, done in herringbone wood floors, has a dressing room, a vintage tiled bathroom and a sitting room. There are eight bedrooms and six bathrooms in all.

Outdoors, stone walking paths wind through succulent and cactus gardens to a kidney-shaped swimming pool. A two-story cabana complete with a stackedstone fireplace, living room and viewing deck sits adjacent to the pool.

Sierra Towers sees an off-market sequel

Producer Burt Sugarman and his wife, television host Mary Hart, have gone off-script in their latest purchase in West Hollywood. The couple recently inked a deal to buy a condominium at the Sierra Tower building for $4.65 million in a sale that closed out side the Multiple Listing Service.

Sugarman and Hart are familiar with the high-rise, having splashed out a building-record $8 million for another unit last year.

Records show that the southeast-corner unit has two bedrooms and three bathrooms in roughly 1,700 square feet of interiors.

Polished concrete floors, motorized windowshades and a free-standing soaking tub are among details of note. Walls of windows take in the downtown cityscape.

Two parking spaces are also included with the unit.

Evan Metropoulos, the son of billionaire C. Dean Metropoulos, was the seller. Metropoulos bought the condo two years ago for $3.5 million, public records show.

Hart, 65, hosted “Entertainment Tonight” from 1982 to 2011.

Sugarman, 76, is known for producing the rock showcase “The Midnight Special” and “The Newlywed Game.”
