RANCHO MISSION VIEJO ROCKS THE NATIONAL STAGE

The residents of Rancho Mission Viejo have taken their appreciation for life on The Ranch viral through “The Ranch Rocks,” a social media movement which has evolved into a unique marketing and advertising campaign for Rancho Mission Viejo. The Ranch Rocks campaign gained Rancho Mission Viejo top national recognition from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

At its annual National Sales and Marketing Awards, NAHB recognized the year’s most outstanding work in residential real estate, and set the bar for innovation in new home design, originality and imagination, and success in home building.

Social Media Campaign” and “Best Digital Campaign” for #TheRanchRocks campaign. United by the hashtag “The Ranch Rocks,” the collection of homeowner photos posted to Facebook and Instagram were the inspiration behind the print and digital campaign for the village of Esencia on The Ranch.

The Ranch also took home the second-place award for Best Community Amenity forThe Hilltop Club. Prior to this national recognition, The Hilltop Club was named the “Best Community Amenity Feature” by the Building Industry Association of Southern California.

The Hilltop Club is situated atop some of the highest elevations at Esencia and offers breathtaking views, indoor and outdoor fitness spaces, open-air bar with lounge seating, fire pits, BBQ pavilion, a swimming pool and spa, classic gaming arcade and more.
