It sold in 2013 for $8.5 million and was replaced with this “state-of-the-art modern barn.”

9505 Lania Lane, Beverly Hills, 90210 Once touted as the most expensive home for sale in the country, Palazzo di Amore remains on the market for $129 million after a
number of price cuts. In the meantime, it’s available for lease.

Last sold for: $35 million in 2007 Features: There are 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms on a 25-acre lot behind the Beverly Hills Hotel. 10979 Chalon Road, Bel-Air, 90077 Currently being shopped off-market for $90 million, this estate built by L.A. mega-developer Donald Bolin is considered one of the last of its kind. 75 Beverly Park Lane, Beverly Hills, 90210 Listed for sale at $47.5 million, this Tuscanstyle estate is for lease until that unicorn buyer comes along. Leasing for: $275,000 a month by the Agency. The lease term is negotiable, with the possibility of a long-term tenant. Last sold for: Public records show that it was last sold in 1995 for $2.05 million, although the property changed hands in 2003 for an undisclosed amount.
Features: Unlike the other properties featured here, this eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom home promises a “chef, butler, housekeeping and full white-glove service.”
