You think your rent is high? Check out these five Los Angeles-area trophy homes you can rent for six figures a month.

1520 Gilcrest Drive, Beverly Hills, 90210 The most expensive rental on the market in Los Angeles County is this newly built spec home on a piece of prime Beverly Hills property once owned by actor James Woods. It sold in 2013 for $8.5 million and was replaced with this “state-of-the-art modern barn.”

Leasing for: $450,000 a month by Hilton & Hyland. Available for a one-year lease or short term. Not for sale. Last sold for: $48 million in 2017 Features: The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom “barn” perched on a1-acre lot has panoramic views of L.A. from its 210-foot infinity pool. There are also a 22-person home theater, three fully stocked bars and a 1,700-square-foot entertainment pavilion.

9505 Lania Lane, Beverly Hills, 90210 Once touted as the most expensive home for sale in the country, Palazzo di Amore remains on the market for $129 million after a

number of price cuts. In the meantime, it’s available for lease.

Leasing for: $375,000 a month by the Agency. Available month-to-month or short term. Last sold for: $35 million in 2007 Features: There are 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms on a 25-acre lot behind the Beverly Hills Hotel. The property includes a vineyard that produces 400 to 500 cases of wine a year; a 15,000-square-foot entertainment complex; and a two-lane bowling alley.

It can accommodate parking for up to 150 cars.

10979 Chalon Road, Bel-Air, 90077 Currently being shopped off-market for $90 million, this estate built by L.A. mega-developer Donald Bolin is considered one of the last of its kind. Due to recently imposed zoning restrictions, a home of this scale can no longer be developed on a lot of this size. Leasing for: $350,000 a month by Arline

Bolin. Available for one-year lease or as short-term event space.

Last sold for: $1.2 million in 2012 Features: This estate sits above the Bel-Air golf course, which is one of the most coveted locales among the uber-wealthy. Aside from its prestigious turf, the 12-bedroom, 24- bathroom multilevel mansion offers a rooftop pool and tennis courts, high-speed elevator to shuttle guests between levels, and a 14-car motor court.

9640 Lawlen Way, Beverly Hills, 90210 Money can’t buy — for good, anyway — the vistas at this property described as “one of the top five view estates in the city,” because the place is not for sale. Leasing for: $350,000 a month by Hilton & Hyland. The lease term is negotiable.

Last sold for: $2.75 million in 2003 Features: The views are indeed spectacular from this seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom, 9,500-square-foot home. Downtown looms

large from the edge of the infinity pool; the Pacific Ocean seems a stone’s throw away. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls create a seamless indoor-outdoor space.

75 Beverly Park Lane, Beverly Hills, 90210 Listed for sale at $47.5 million, this Tuscanstyle estate is for lease until that unicorn buyer comes along. Leasing for: $275,000 a month by the Agency. The lease term is negotiable, with the possibility of a long-term tenant. Last sold for: Public records show that it was last sold in 1995 for $2.05 million, although the property changed hands in 2003 for an undisclosed amount.

Features: Unlike the other properties featured here, this eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom home promises a “chef, butler, housekeeping and full white-glove service.”
