For 18 years, Super Doctors ® has been publishing Southern California’s top doctors to create the essential guide for patients seeking quality care. Once again, we are proud to recognize the honorees in the 2025 issue of Super Doctors Magazine!

HOW IT WORKS: from nominee to honoree:

Super Doctors uses a patented multiphase selection process combining peer nominations and Blue-Ribbon Panel evaluations with independent research. Candidates are evaluated on myriad factors, including (but not limited to) professional achievement, disciplinary history and evaluation by an expert physician review panel. Only doctors who have acquired the highest cumulative points from surveys, research, and Blue-Ribbon Panel review are chosen for inclusion.

Please note: Doctors cannot pay to be included on this list, nor are they paid to provide input.

Rising Stars: The selection process for Rising Stars is the same as it is for Super Doctors. Just one caveat: Those on the Rising Stars list must be fully licensed and have been practicing in their specialty area for approximately 10 years or fewer. Doctors vote and offer nominations for the Rising Stars list.

Super Doctors offers different tiers of honors based on how long physicians have been recognized on the list. Doctors named for 15 years, or more are eligible to use the "Legacy Logo" in a paid profile, while those recognized for 10 to 14 years can use the "Hall of Fame Logo." Additionally, doctors with paid enhanced (purple) listings are noted as offering concierge services. The full list of honorees for 2025 can be accessed at superdoctors.com.

Southern California has some of the best health care providers in the country and not all doctors that are providing dedicated care to their patients are included in this year’s list. However, if you’re looking for doctors who have earned the confidence and high regard of their peers, you can start your search in Super Doctors Magazine.
