Dr. Carol Marienthal-Skaar has been a veterinarian in Burbank for 26 years. She’s worked as an associate, partner and, for the last 11 years, as sole owner and practitioner at Toluca Burbank Dog & Cat Hospital.
During these years she also has worked with the Burbank Animal Shelter and spent 11 years as staff veterinarian at Guide Dogs of America.
Dr. Skaar is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Assn. and the
California Veterinary Medical Assn. and a founding member of the Humane Society Veterinary Medical Assn. and has served as an officer of the San Fernando Chapter of the Southern California Veterinary Medical Assn. for 17 years.
Her practice is a full-service veterinary hospital providing medical, dental and surgical services. Other offerings include digital radiography, dental radiography and in-house blood work, as well as cold-laser therapy.
