DR. JEFF ASHLEY, M.D.

Since 1978 – yes, nearly 40 years already – Dr. Ashley has had the privilege of practicing dermatology from his office across the street from Providence St. Joseph Medical Center.

After completing his training at USC, Dr. Ashley achieved board certification, was accepted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and continues to serve on the volunteer faculty in the dermatology department at USC as a Clinical Professor of Medicine.

Dr. Ashley is also proud of his affiliation as an active member of the medical staff at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center.

Recently, Dr. Ashley has teamed up with three medical students from USC to develop a new program that will be called “UV&Me.” This program will entail medical students visiting local high schools to teach skin cancer prevention, in other words sun safety, to adolescent students.

Once the program is field tested at USC, our goal is to establish UV&Me chapters at medical schools across the nation. This new program will be a division of Sun Safety for Kids, the nonprofit organization that Dr. Ashley has been managing for the past 15 years.

Dr. Ashley is deeply grateful for each member of his wonderful staff. It warms his heart to hear the nice compliments about their compassion and personalized care.

Speaking on behalf of everyone at the office, we are deeply honored by all your votes for Dr. Ashley’s practice as “Best of Burbank” in dermatology.
