Yoga-urt opened its first retail location in Glendale’s Kenneth Village in July 2015. As LA’s first all-organic vegan soft-serve frozen yogurt shop, we have drawn customers from all over Los Angeles, Orange County, Long Beach, the Westside, East Valley and beyond.

Yoga-urt opened its second location in Echo Park this past June.

Yoga-urt’s delicious nut-based soft serve is made in-house daily from scratch from all natural ingredients, with no dairy, gluten, artificial flavors, sweeteners or preservatives. With more than 20 distinctive and popular rotating flavors to choose from, the soft serve comes with four probiotic strains added to every batch for digestive and immune health.

Yoga-urt also offers handcrafted smoothies, house made ice cream sandwiches, soft-serve pies, banana splits, coffee from LA’s popular sustainable purveyor Groundwork, tea from The Art of Tea, and more. In keeping with Yoga-urt’s higher consciousness vibe, all serving wear is biodegradable and Yoga-urt starting composting this past year and is proud to be certified as a Green Business by the City of Glendale.

Yoga-urt was founded by long time Glendale resident Melissa Schulman, who has frequented Kenneth Village for many years. Melissa and the Yoga-urt Team thank you for your vote and support!
