Craig`s Electric was started in 1987 and is owned and operated by local resident Craig Fisher.

He has been doing electrical work in the community for almost 35 years. He got his start at the age of 14 when he began working summers with his neighbor who was an electrical contractor. After he completed school, Fisher went into the trade full time, working his way up from helper to journeyman to foreman, then becoming a proud company owner.

Craig’s Electric does residential and commercial electrical work, including anything from service upgrades and troubleshooting to installing new circuits and ceiling fans. The company also specializes in yard lighting, recessed lighting and everything in between.

Fisher was born and raised in Glendale and graduated from Herbert Hoover High School in 1979. He and his wife, Suzanne, reside in La Crescenta. His daughters, Ashley and Rachel, attended local schools; his youngest daughter is now a senior at Crescenta Valley High School. He has coached and sponsored several girls’ softball teams and has been on the board of directors of the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce for the past 14 years, and served as treasurer for 10 years.

Owned by a local electrician with a reputation for being trustworthy, Craig’s Electric is located at 4422 New York Ave. in La Crescenta.
