In 1984, the Iskenderian family opened Zankou Chicken in the heart of America’s motion picture industry, Hollywood. They’ve since added numerous locations, including Valencia, where they continue serving healthy Mediterranean fare, including their delicious family chicken recipe and secret garlic sauce that has made their restaurant a household name.
