In Chef Caroline Concha’s four years at Tony’s Darts Away, she has revamped the menu and become the face of Tony’s Darts Away. She is beloved by both her team and our customers. She won both the 2015 Vegan Chili Cook Off Judge’s Award and People’s Choice award and is now claiming Burbank’s Best Chef for the second year in a row! Come check out her families passed down recipes for her Filipino night on October 11th! She really is Burbank’s best. Sandra Meyer has the longest tenure of any employee at Tony’s Darts Away. In fact, she was in the building before we were. She was our very first hire before opening in 2010, as she was the face of the prior establishment at our location. Realtor by day, beertender by night: Sandra always has a warm smile for our customers. We are elated that she has been selected as one of Burbank’s best. Of course, we’ve known this for some time!
