Our Chops are fully customizable to meet any dietary need, so we’re loved by vegans and meat-lovers alike. Simply choose one of our Menu Chops or build your own from a selection of over 40 fresh toppings. Anything we serve can be made into a wrap and we also have Chopurritos® (our warm rice and bean bowls).

Chop Stop Burbank, our very first location, opened in December 2010.
