Dear Reader,

L.A. Times B2B Publishing proudly presents our 2021 Inspirational Women: Forum and Awards publication where we recognize female business leaders who have demonstrated noteworthy success and accomplishments in the past 24 months. These women have also exhibited leadership while contributing to their individual organizations, the community, and the overall business world.

Here, we profile all of the honorees and nominees and share their inspirational stories, along with how they are redefining the roles that women play in their respective industries.

For our inaugural year, we received over 350 nominations in varying fields, from manufacturing to technology. The review and selection process considered several factors, including leadership within the nominee’s organization as well as contributions to the business world and the community at large.

The virtual awards ceremony took place on October 26, 2021, and highlighted achievement in nine categories. L.A. Times B2B Publishing also hosted three engaging panels that featured female business leaders discussing important topics, such as “Mentoring the Next Generation,” “Work-Life Balance,” and “Women in Tech.”
