As President of JLL's Southwest Region which includes Los Angeles, Peter Belisle had several notable accomplishments in the past two years.

In 2021, he grew revenue by approximately 70 percent over 2020. Additionally, this year he spearheaded the acquisition of Gilliland Construction Management.

Also, while many offices were closed, Belisle opened a new local office in 2021 in Century City to accommodate the firm's recent growth. Finally, he has been instrumental in the hiring of several senior level professionals in the areas of office, industrial, retail, healthcare, life science, property management and construction management. Belisle has direct oversight over JLL’s regional operations, which include 12 offices and nearly 1,900 employees throughout Southern California, Arizona, Nevada and Hawaii.
